Ipoh Outshine Cleaning Services is open. We’re based at Taman Ipoh Jaya, we cover Ipoh and the wider Kinta Valley, and we take bookings seven days a week between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
This post is the short version of what we do, what it costs and how to get a slot.
Why We Started This
Ask around Ipoh about hiring a cleaner and the same three complaints come up. The price moves after the job starts. A different person turns up each visit, so you end up supervising instead of getting your day back. And when you ask what something costs, the answer is “it depends”.
We built the business around fixing those three things.
Rates are published by staff seniority, so you can work out the cost before you message us. Repeat bookings keep the same cleaner, so nobody has to re-explain which cupboard holds the mop. And for jobs too variable to price by the hour alone, we come and look first, then quote a package with the scope written down.
What It Costs
Routine house and office cleaning runs on three hourly tiers, split by how experienced the cleaner is:

There’s no GST line and no booking surcharge. Transport is free for our cleaners in selected Ipoh areas, and for outlying towns we confirm the arrangement when you book rather than adding it later.
If you want detergents and equipment supplied, that’s an add-on charge — just say so when you book. Otherwise our cleaners will happily work with what you already have at home.
Which tier should you pick?
Normal staff are fine for regular upkeep in a space that’s already in decent shape. Book senior staff for a first deep clean, a large property, or anywhere you want the job done faster with less direction.
The Full Service Menu
We deliberately went wide rather than narrow, so you only need one provider:
- General house and office cleaning services in Ipoh — dusting, mopping, tidying, bathrooms, kitchen and pantry, common areas and trash removal
- Deep cleaning — kitchen degreasing, bathroom limescale, grout, ceiling fans, tracks and cabinet interiors
- Move-in and move-out cleaning — full sanitisation of empty units for tenants, landlords and new owners
- Post-renovation cleaning — HEPA extraction of cement and gypsum dust, cement haze and paint splatter removal
- Carpet, sofa and mattress cleaning — hot water extraction for stains, dust mites and odours
- Window cleaning and pressure washing — driveways, patios, facades, perimeter walls and streak-free glass
- Disinfection — sanitisation for homes and commercial premises
Where We Clean
We’re in Taman Ipoh Jaya, which puts most of the city inside our free cleaner transport zone. Our main areas are Ipoh Garden, Canning Garden, Bandar Seri Botani, Bercham, Menglembu and Tambun.
Beyond that we travel regularly to Batu Gajah, Chemor, Jelapang, Lahat and Simpang Pulai, with coverage extending into the Kampar and Kuala Kangsar districts. If you’re not sure whether your street is covered, just ask — the answer takes one message.
How to Book
WhatsApp is fastest. Send us your area, roughly how big the property is, and what needs doing. Photos help a lot, especially for deep cleans and post-renovation jobs. We’ll reply with the hours we think it needs and the price, usually within the hour during our opening times.
You can also call, email, or message the Facebook page. Same-week slots are usually available, and last-minute bookings sometimes fit too.
One more thing worth saying plainly: if a job needs more hours than you’ve budgeted, we’ll tell you at the quote stage rather than halfway through. A half-finished clean helps nobody.
What We’re Hearing From Ipoh Households Already
A few weeks in, three requests come up far more often than the rest.
Post-renovation work. Ipoh has a lot of older housing being refitted, and almost every caller describes the same problem: fine cement dust that seems to come back within hours of sweeping. It does, because sweeping launches it rather than removing it. That’s why this job needs HEPA-filtered extraction rather than effort.
Pre-festive deep cleans. Bookings for the fortnight before a festive period fill first, every time. If you want a full-house reset before Raya or Chinese New Year, the useful move is booking a month out rather than a week out.
End-of-tenancy handovers. Tenants chasing a deposit and landlords turning units around both call in the last week of the month. Cleanliness is the most common deduction reason on a handover, which makes it the easiest one to remove.
There’s also a steady stream of people who simply want their weekends back. Four hours a fortnight covers a lot of ground in a single-storey terrace, and the difference it makes to a household isn’t really about tidiness.
What’s Next
We’re focused on three things over the coming months: keeping response times short on WhatsApp, holding the same cleaner on recurring bookings, and building out coverage across the Kinta Valley without stretching the team thin enough that quality slips.
