Why We Started Ipoh Outshine
Ask anyone in Ipoh about hiring a cleaner and you'll hear the same complaints. Prices that shift once the job starts. A different person every week, so you end up supervising instead of getting your Saturday back. Quotes that stop at "it depends".
We built this business the other way round. Rates are published by staff seniority, from RM70 for a four-hour slot with normal staff up to RM90 with our most experienced cleaners. Bigger jobs — deep cleaning, post-renovation, carpet and upholstery extraction, pressure washing — get a free assessment and a real number before anyone starts.
Everything else follows from that. We train and vet the people we send, keep the same team on your repeat bookings, and cover the full range of work so you only need one provider whether it's a weekly tidy or a building handover.
